what does resignation means

I am wondering how many people would do a lot more extra ordinary efforts to keep the magic of their own relationships on the steady light and easy phase.

I am in mcdo madrigal seated in my favourite corner just below the small black speaker where i could hear the music playing. I was eating my all time favourite mcfries and hot fudge sundae.

From where i am seated, i could see group of young men about six of them. Chatting, having fun while eating.
In seeing them, I started to wonder how long have they been friends, I also wonder of the personal details and experiences they share and of how open have they become to accept their differences. Of course all of them have their own set of friends side by side with these colleagues they are with now. And so I thought of what happened to these friends.

And then, I am pulled back by the reality of where my emotions and thoughts at the moment are coming from. Yes I am leaving friends again.  Friends, colleagues, mentors, places and activities I used to be with for almost two years.

Most of the time, the hardest part of confronting life and responding to it would be to face the changes attached.  However determined we are to keep the journey going, there would always be difficulties from leaving old faces to places and joining new ones.

The unforgotten legacies

I grew up loving love... loving life.

I belong to an ordinary Filipino Family whose love for one another resides, whose concern for God's community is a mission.
My father was a retired military agent. a once in a life time dreamer of being an "engineer" who turned out to be one of the best carpenter and furniture designer there was in town.

He was known for his diplomacy, a respected man whose words are honored by neighboors and friends not out of fear but out of respect. I would always remember him saying "magiging proud gud kamu sa pangaran ko" a Bikol idiom that translates "you will become proud of who your father has become" and "di ako mahali na wara mabibilin sa iyo" translated as " i would leave you with something"

True enough, we became rich - of people who truly care. And yes, he left us with treasure - the legacies of love, faith, respect and truthfulness.

There are the things that made us who we are at the moment. we were always guided byhis principles.
